The Complementary Medicine Hospital and Elderly Care, Luang Phor Phat Punyakamo, is the Health Service Center of Nakhon Sawan Rajabhat University. It provides modern medicine, Thai traditional medicine, Chinese medicine, and complementary care to hospital standards.
The name honours Luang Phor Phat Punyakamo and reflects a commitment to compassion, precision, and responsibility to the Nakhon Sawan community.

To combine complementary medicine and elderly care with quality and access, elevating the health of society
To care for older adults and people with dependency in Health Region 3 and for those who wish to receive the service.
To serve as a learning and practice site for students, supporting the Bachelor of Public Health, the Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and Elderly Health Management, and related programmes.
A training ground for health students
The building supports the Bachelor of Public Health and the Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation and Elderly Health Management, with Smart Classrooms 401–408 and health science laboratories.
